Hi Terri,

I don't know about American Braille, but in British rules a date such as
04/04/03 or 04-04-03 is written without the separating slash or dash.
However a number sign is placed there instead.

I can however see the logic in developing a "date" Style, but if it was
done, Duxbury would normally insist that it follow the precise rules of
braille.

However, you've raised a valid point, so I'm copying this to the
relevant rule King at Duxbury for comment.
