If a "date style" is developed, I hope it will be just that: a style which
one can either use or ignore.  I would not like Duxbury to "autocorrect".  I
prefer to see what was originally written, not to have slashes, dashes,
colons
or dots replaced with number signs or hyphens in expressions like biblical
references and dates.  Yes, I know it's violation of a braille rule in both
USA and UK.
