Paul
I've been using the customize option in the table of contents generator and
have found it works extremely well.

Subject: [duxuser] Generating a table of contents

Hello everyone. I looked at the documentation for generating a table of
contents. It looked straightforward enough but when I tried to tell duxbury
to use Braille page numbers, I couldn't get the combo box or whatever type
of control it is to open and let me make that choice. To generate the
contents, I translated a document into Braille and selected the generate
contents on the layout menu. Duxbury told me that the [rps] and [rpe] styles
were missing and offered to create them for me. I said Yes. I then got the
dialog box. when I tabbed over the page control, the arrows wouldn't let me
select Braille. I reviewed it with the Jaws cursor and when I tryed to click
the scrolldown box, nothing happened. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Paul
