Subject: International Phonetic Alphabet

There is a BAUK leaflet "International Phonetic Alphabet Braille Code" which
is used for UK transcriptions. I can supply braille or print (but not
electronic versions at this time). Other Braille Authority of the UK
publications are listed on the BAUK web site: bauk.org.uk. You should be
able to obtain all of these from RNIB.
