Hello Mel,Not all keyboards will do the six key entry stuff; in fact, most of your newer ones don't. So, yes, you might want to consider buying a different keyboard. I think I still have a list of keyboards that you can choose from and I will email you the list off list.

Hello everyone, I am having a problem with entering 6 keys as braille dots (f, d, s, & j, k, l) to display braille document with DBT 10.6. I have a Dell computer which I purchased it in Feb. 2005. The computer is connected to a USBkeyboard and is not displaying certain braille letters when pressing the sixkeys method. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what I need to do to display all braille letters with the 6 keys? Do I need to buy a different keyboard? Thanks so much for your help.
