I have had this problem since I purchased the computer. So I really think
that the problem is with this particular keyboard. As Fina suggested, I
will just need to buy an extra keyboard that will work with DBT 10.6.

Is this a new problem or has it been happening since you bought the
computer. Fina is right that not all keyboardds will allow the 6 key
entry, but if it used to work, that's not the problem. HTH.
