Hi all,

As many of you already know, I have been working closely with duxbury to
develop the DBT Help files.

Here comes an opportunity to educate one of the world's major Help File
Generation program developers.

I am trying to explain to their Beta Team the importance of providing keystroke
alternatives, especially in relation to Section 508, the UK DDA, etc., etc..

This is where I'd really appreciate some input from this august body of experts.

What navigational brick walls have you come across when navigating Help files?

What have you found especially difficult, annoying, or irritating?

I'm afraid a spokesman from one screen reader developer they spoke to, who
shall remain nameless, has more or less implied that their product can handle
just about everything, and so there is no need for them to include anything
special.

Meanwhile, the Help File guys are prepared to listen, and seriously look at
adding any necessary keystroke commands.

I shall await a deluge of messages on this topic with eager anticipation.
