The inverted exclamation mark is dots 45, 56, 235.
The Spanish punctuation is listed in Lesson 16 of the 2015 edition of the
Instruction Manual for Braille Transcribing.

I’m transcribing an English textbook (UEB) and need to include an inverted
exclamation mark in a Spanish phrase. Don’t do foreign languages and can’t find
