If you are in Word, type 00bf then immediately hold down the Alt key and tap
the letter x and you should get the following ¿ (Upside down question mark)
In DBT's text editor, press Alt + right square bracket, which brings up the
DUSCI dialog, type a8 and press Enter, which will generate the same.

I’m transcribing an English textbook (UEB) and need to include an inverted
exclamation mark in a Spanish phrase. Don’t do foreign languages and can’t find
