Hi all. I have put together a document that needs a Table of Contents; I have marked the headings I want included with [es~h1]. I went through the dialog under the Layout menu and when I hit okay, I got the centered heading "contents" and the column headings, but no actual table of contents. What painfully obvious thing have I missed? Duxbury Help did not shed any light.
