Hi there.
I'm not sure that that's the problem. I'm using an old Focus 40, and
although the Jaws settings offer input and output, this display is output
only. There are no options to turn off Braille translation, and I only see
options for choosing Braille language - E.g., Computer Braille, uncontracted
or contracted UEB, etc. I've never ever had this issue before in over 20
years of using DBT and Jaws. The Braille I see doesn't resemble anything
like computer braille or anything recognizable. I'll keep looking for what
you are suggesting, but am still looking for a fix. I have tried changing
the output to Computer Braille, etc., but it's still jibberish.
