Hello Theresa. I have SR1. It’s crashing and I can’t read codes properly in the
code view and that’s a show stopper for me. I’ll be in touch with Duxbury
systems tomorrow.

Last Friday I had my 12.4 crash and now they are wanting me to install 12.4
sr1, with what you are saying it doesn't sound like that is going to be a good
fit. Prior to updating we've never had Duxbury crash and we had 11.3 until
this fall.
