Hi Paul,
What version of Windows 10 do you have? The latest is version 2004 and there
have been updates since that was released. Duxbury will certainly want to know
that when you contact them.
It might also help if you can find a file called “dbtw.mdmp” which should be a
record of the crash, and may help establish the problem.
That said, I have myself had a few reports of a the last Windows 10 update
which wreaked havoc in some areas.

Hello Theresa. I have SR1. It’s crashing and I can’t read codes properly in the
code view and that’s a show stopper for me. I’ll be in touch with Duxbury
systems tomorrow.
I hope you’re having a good day.

Last Friday I had my 12.4 crash and now they are wanting me to install 12.4
sr1, with what you are saying it doesn't sound like that is going to be a good
fit. Prior to updating we've never had Duxbury crash and we had 11.3 until
this fall.

Hello everybody. I recently got DBT 12.4 SR1 and am having a couple of
problems. First, DBT crashes quite often. Second, when I switch to the codes
view, I don’t get the correct codes either in new documents that I create or in
documents I created with earlier versions of DBT. Duxbury Systems is closed
today. Have any of you had this happen? If so, how did you resolve the problem?
Thanks so much.
I hope you’re having a good day.
