[duxuser] changing the 'blank' indicator

I'm not sure how to find this piece of info: How do you change the character
DbT uses to show blanks in forms or on answer sheets? It now uses dots 46,
which I assume conforms to some standard ore other. I always prefer dots
36. Can this change be made?
