Dean,We see this often. Change the underscores in your original document to hyphens, or wait until you get the file into DBT and use the find and replace to replace each 4 or 5 underscores with a hyphen. You'll probably have to do some cleanup if you have stray hyphens around, but it's the only way I know to solve it. It's not a DBT change. Another thing that I've seen popping up a lot is people using the period instead of a dash to separate parts of a phone number. Just a headsup.
