Brett,

I probably should have said it, but I assumed that that had already been done.
Of course, you know what they say about assume...

  Steve,

I also make sure to do a 2e to initially set the top of form before
adjusting the offset in the Enabling menus. Perhaps you said this but just
thought I would toss this in.

  Thank you!

  Terry,

There are two ways to fix this:

  1. With the Juliet set to factory defaults, set the Top Margin in DBTW to 1.

  2. With the Top Margin in DBTW set to 0, set the Juliet's Top of Form to 5
(30.5E in the Juliet's menu). The only disadvantage to this method is that you
have to remember to reset Top of Form any time you reset the embosser. The
advantage, however, is that the embosser will always start the page 1/2 inch
from the top edge of the paper. Incidentally, the number after the decimal
point in 30.5E is the distance from the top edge of the paper in tenths of
inches. DBTW's Top Margin is expressed in lines.

    Hi:

I know this question gets asked every so often and I am not exception
smile. can someone please tell me how to keep my Juliette from printing at the
vary top of the page? I don't know why this issue keeps coming up because the
defaults should take care of it.

    thanks
