With the Juliet set to factory defaults, set the Top Margin in DBTW to 1. 2. With the Top Margin in DBTW set to 0, set the Juliet's Top of Form to 5 (30.5E in the Juliet's menu). The only disadvantage to this method is that you have to remember to reset Top of Form any time you reset the embosser. The advantage, however, is that the embosser will always start the page 1/2 inch from the top edge of the paper. Incidentally, the number after the decimal point in 30.5E is the distance from the top edge of the paper in tenths of inches. DBTW's Top Margin is expressed in lines. I don't know why this issue keeps coming up because the defaults should take care of it. thanks
