 I will add that the BANA website has the Ruth Craig Book
Learning the Nemeth Braille Code: A Manual for Teachers and Students, 1987
available as a BRF file. If you want the print copy, it can be purchased.

It is my understanding that the 1972 Nemeth Code Manual is in the process of being scanned, so a PDF file might be posted on the web sometime soon.
