I am a sighted Duxbury user. The bindery in which I volunteer has a question that seems to be controversial. When a book is more than one volume what are the current rules. Should each volume begin again with the number 1 or should the second volume begin with the logical number that would have followed the last page of the first volume. If you could also cite the place where the ruling is printed that would be helpful. I am in the US so the rules that apply here would be the rules that would follow, I guess. Barb
