Actually, the CNB has adopted the policy of always starting successive volumes 
with page 1, but as I stated yesterday, the rules in Enblish Braille American 
Edition state that this should not be done.

In my oppinion, The succeeding volumes should begin with the succeeding 
number that would have followed logically in the text.  In fact, I don't 
recall seeing a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. volume ever beginning over again with 
page 1.
