[duxuser] please help with setting paper size

I am using Duxbury 10.6 with a Juliet Pro 60. I have 8 1/2 by 11 inch
paper, but the tractor feeds are on the 8 1/2 sides. I set lines per
page in my document to 9 and on the embosser I set lines per page at 9.
I entered a top margin of 1 in Duxbury. I set paper size at wide width
11 inches long, because there is not a shorter size available in
Duxbury. The braille is going all over the place.
