Aloha Ann,Maybe I'm confused, but it sounds like you are using regular narrow width paper. This is what we use all the time. I set the lines per page at 25 and the characters per line at 30 with a binding margin of 1. I don't have a Juliet so can't tell you how to set the embosser, but it seems like you should be able to just go to your Document Menu, go to embosser settings, select narrow paper 11 inch long and then set the lines and characters. On my index, I set a top margin of 1.
