Hi Ann, Des Moines calling. Perhaps I am wrong, but in your embosser settings under the Document menu, there should be a paper size available for narrow paper. This is usually for 8 1/2 inch wide paper. I don't know how long your paper is, but your specification of 9 lines per page is using barely over 1/3 the length of 11 inch long paper. Perhaps this is what you desire. Look for what I have suggested. Hope this helps. Perhaps too much of my Texas wisdom has left my mind. -----Original Message----- From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Foxworth, Ann Sent: Monday, March 23, 2009 10:19 AM To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxuser] please help with setting paper size I am using Duxbury 10.6 with a Juliet Pro 60. I have 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper, but the tractor feeds are on the 8 1/2 sides. I set lines per page in my document to 9 and on the embosser I set lines per page at 9. I entered a top margin of 1 in Duxbury. I set paper size at wide width 11 inches long, because there is not a shorter size available in Duxbury. The braille is going all over the place.
