Perhaps one solution is to use a BeX note-taker keyboard - might be 
PACmate or similar - acting as the desktop keyboard with JAWS while in 
DBT etc.

You would really need a dedicated braille keyboard such as the Galatee
for this.

However, even then, while the letters of the alphabet would be
correct, you would still hear odd things like "Comma" for dot 6, "At
sign" for dot 4, etc..

Does anyone know of a jaws script that will speak letters when being
entered in sixkey entry? Sometimes the letter is spoken but most of
the time jaws says space, or the name of one of the alpha letters
being used for the sixkey entry. For instance, when writing an f, jaws
might s j or d etc.
