Hi Juanita,

When you do the Control-P to print, tab through the options to make sure Braille Conversion is not disabled. If it is disabled, you'll get an error. If it is disabled, press the down arrow, and you'll see "Grade 2." That should fix your problem. If it doesn't, let me know.

had to send it in two times. I was able to emboss from Kurzweil with the old
versapoint but only once with the new Duo. After sending embosser in the for
the 2nd time my kurzweil will take the print to generic or kurzweil option but
