Hi Ann,
To do some diagnostics, can you suspend Jaws 17 and install NVDA and see if it
still happens with NVDA running instead of Jaws 17? Have any updates to Jaws 17
been made available as another poster stated they are running 18? Just to put
things into context, Windows 10 updated HP Surface Pros recently here and
prevented the Marvel wireless network cards from doing their job!

When I installed DTB on the windows 10 computer, with jaws 17 running, this
problem started. New windows 10 computer, new DBT program and new jaws 17
programs installation at the same time.

I'm running DB@ 11.2 and windows 10, and I notice that when I do any search and
replace activities, DBT crashes at the end of the sequence. I'mnot sure if it
is DBT crashing or JAWS 17. I just know that everything freezes and I have to
do a hard shutdown. This is happening consistently.
