Per his obituary as listed on the Class of 1978 USNA website, Bobby went
off to the USNA in 1974, but is somehow listed as graduating from A&M in
1978, He died 05 April 2007 in Jacksonville FL. Spent 20 years with the
USPS. Had 3 sons and a daughter.

But step #1, we need a list of the honorees, so to speak. Then we can try
to find their survivors. Some are on Facebook, some are on the AFS "Find an
Aggie" site. Perhaps some of you have contact with the families. I'll
