Please note comment:2. Testing agains A4.1 is irrelevant for this ticket
as this release happened to long ago. What's important here is testing
against pre-launch_daemon build.
P.S. Axel, is it possible to return the previous behaviour of app_server
and show cursor ASAP. This way the overall feeling of boot speed increases
dramatically.
