Until a criterion is established for what constitutes "fully booted", then
any further testing is just wasted time. I'm beginning to suspect that we
may not have a problem here at all. Is there some method whereby the
system itself can be automatically timed during the boot process and
logged? Of greater concern to myself is the intermittent "no shutdown"
problem, which manifested itself in recent builds.
