#14927: HaikuDepot doesn't show any packages

Why not use something like the following scheme:
* a {{{url}}} field which is the true "origin" of the repository (likely
{{{eu.hpkg.haiku-os.org/...}}} in our case
* a {{{mirror-url}}} field which is the URL that packages will be
downloaded from
Then we download the repo.sha256 from {{{url}}}, and everything else from
the {{{mirror-url}}}. In the case that the {{{url}}} field changes, then
users should probably have to do something manually anyway, indeed. But I
think all other concerns this solves?
