Haiku IP addresses are blocked in Russia. If we need to download anything
from the original repo, some people will not be able to use any mirror.
The "url" is not an url, it's just an identifier. It should never be used
as an url. Its naming is legacy from when we didn't plan to have mirrors,
and assumed the url could be used both to locate and identify the repo,
which is not the case.
For trusting the repo, sha256 is useless as long as there is no signing.
And when there is signing, you can trust the content without trusting the
transport, so using any random mirror is fine as long as the packages are
signed with a known/trusted key.
