I have implemented this in a way that should not create backwards
compatibility issues:

I am moving this to the beta2 milestone as it allows us to get a first
step done in renaming the confusing "url" field and using a better
identifying scheme for our repositories.
I did not test the repository creation from the modified files (I don't
know how to do that). I think the second change should be applied in the
beta2 branch only. It is unfortunately more breaking to change the
identifier for the "master" nightly builds repository.
