1) That doesn't discount the fact that "Webpositive unusable" is
completely useless as a ticket summary since it's so vague that it could
equally apply to many completely unrelated situations.
2) Whatever's going on for you isn't a universal problem either way. I see
no such issue with Web+ over here across many different sites and my
connection's nothing special for instance.
