I'm sorry! There is no problem with _InsertEndpointToPipe.
EvaluateContext() sets the right TRDequePointer.
Though this does reports context errors, as StopEndpoint, ResetEndpoint,
SetTRDequePointer Commands are called, with the endpoint in disabled
state. This can be repaired. I will look into it. Also SetTRDequePointer
doesn't handle Deque Cycle State flag.
