Jessicah! Try with this. Log tells that the default endpoint becomes
halted for your touchpad. Also, please enable TRACE in usb_raw.
Fixes
- XHCI can only tell the speed of the port, if the device is connected to
a root hub port. For non-root hub ports, we need to believe the value sent
by the Hub explore thread (which currently does not send the correct
value, as we have it designed for only USB2.0 Hubs and not USB3.0 hubs)
- Fix max endpoint packet size for default control endpoint on full speed
devices
P.S. - with this, I start on a new patch, to avoid cluttering the old one
with too many changes!!
