this is partly dependant on the voice, but there is a volume for vo setting, you cn do it in one of two ways, in universal access settings on the phone, look for the router, in there, make sure you have added the volume. to adjust the volume with this, on any screen, twist two fingers like you are turning a dial and you will hear a number of items you can work with with and one is volume which refers to vo volume, flick up and down to change the setting. the other method is to get vo chattering on any screen with a two finger flick up and then to press the side buttons to adjust the volume. If this does not work, I've found that daniel full is be loudest voice.
