[mac4theblind] Question about volume on 4S

I have a friend who just bought a 4S and the volume, even at its loudest, for
VoiceOver is not very loud. Her service is with AT&T, although I don't think
that matters for this. I wonder if anyone else has this problem and if anyone
knows of a solution. Thanks.
