I believe she finds it too quiet in general. As I said in an earlier message, 
I'll find out for sure tomorrow, but I thought I had heard before that 
VoiceOver could be very quiet on the 4S. She has some hearing issues, so 
obviously she wants it to be kind of loud. On my iphone 4, mine is definitely 
pretty lud and it's only on 50 or 60 percent. She says hers is up all the way, 
but I'll see tomorrow. Thanks for the help and suggestions. If anyone can think 
of anything else, please let me know.
