error message given is the ammount of users downloading this version exceeds 
quota of server’s usage. in other words, give it time and try again.

your other option as your mac’s running mountain lion at present is a reboot, 
install a pen drive that’s free of any important data, boot your mac with 
Command R or Command option R for internet recovery. select your pen drive to 
install OS X to. when you finish downloading all the data to the pen drive,  
when it restarts, turn the mac off, unplug the pen drive and restart holding 
command option P R to flash the mac. hold it for 2 chimes.

after this has done it’s job, you can copy the INSTALLESD.DMG file from the 
drive when you’ve plugged it back in, to the desktop. then open InstallESD.dmg 
and in disk utility wipe the pen drive and create a restore drive. if you want 
to do this option, please ask me for specific instructions rather than me 
writing tons of instructions on this list. I’m becoming a human manual lol
