I think it is probably the startup program for setting up some things.
My vanilla-SDR had it running and I thought that it was interfering with
starting Orca, but Pranav said that he has started Orca to get through that.
The utility that is probably it is called piwiz
That is for PI wizard.
I went into my startup folder via SSH and renamed piwiz.desktop so it would
not run.
I'm not sure if that helped me get Orca talking or not.
