Flip,
The control + alt + space is just for auto installing Orca, but it should
already be on the image.
So typically windows + alt + S should start Orca, and in Linux, they call
the windows key the super key.
And if that does not bring up Orca, you can bring up the run window with alt
+ F2 and type in orca and press enter.
