Well, the obvious solution to console and desktop speech being
outputted to different jacks,assuming most USB Audio dongles have a
3.5mm jack would be to use a 3.5 mm female to dual male y-connector,
but I haven't had any luck finding one listed on amazon(plenty of
3.5mm male to dual female y-connector, and even a 3.5mm female to dual
RCA male, but not the kind we'd need to merge the two audio sources to
a single set of speakers or set of earphones).
