Pool 1 - Last nights rain raised the level significantly thus no real
shorebird habitat left. Heron, egret, and cormorant numbers were down
significantly this morning. On a positive note did observe 8 immature
white ibis but they were a mile down past the pump station. Later in the
morning picked up a Northern harrier in Pool 2 just below the office.
Numerous small groups of blue-winged teal were observed in Pool 1 and 10
that probably came in ahead of this front.
