Tony Headrick and Tennessee birders,

The Michigan Fish & Wildlife Service (I think I have the organization right)
recently sued to stop the construction of about 100 towers in Michigan, based on
the lack of an environmental impact study.  The towers were being built for the
State Police, 180 towers total.

Maybe the Tennessee FWS could do the same?
