I was hoping for more migrants this morning, but the front must have
cleared out too late. Anyway, there were a few migrants at the park.
Multiple magnolia warblers and northern parulas were on the hillside, along
with black-throated blue, redstart, chestnut-sided, black-and-white, and
common yellowthroat, plus great-crested flycatcher. Swainson's thrush,
baltimore oriole, and scarlet tanager were behind the visitor's center. At
Bushey Pt. were quite a few black-and-whites, parula, and magnolia. Later
in the morning I visited the confederate battery with mywife and found a
blackpoll warbler.
