I agree with you. Captchas are never a good idea, and I never like any websites that force users to use them. Vodafone have recently added a tougher captcha to their webtext site, which is impossible to automatically get around (like the old one). Unfortunately, because Jelly SMS uses the Vodafone webtext website in the background, the app must also, therefore, show the user the captcha to solve. The only way around this is for Vodafone to remove the captcha prompts completely from their website, to make it easier for all users. I have CC'd Vodafone customer care, to see if they will listen to this feedback.
