‘Off’ for what reason?
Did it just crash unexpectedly? In that case, JAWS will come back by itself,
even if it takes it own slow sweet time to do so.
Other than that, you can of course try the usual start-up JAWS keyboard
shortcut that you would have assigned – you can assign any keyboard shortcut
to JAWS that is not already in use by another program. Or, in the Windows /
Run dialogue, type in JAWS followed by the version number – i.e., JAWS2020 –
and press ENTER.
