The sticky keys are already on but unfortunately I can't use the capslog and
another thing to be able to use such commands in Narrator.

To turn Narrator on or off, just press Ctrl+WinKey+Enter.
If that's too many keys for you to press at once, press the Shift key
5 times in a row and then press Enter to activate Sticky Keys. For more info
