Hi Dominique,
Please try the following steps:
1. Go to the Desktop.
2. Press J to select the JAWS icon.
3. Press Alt+Enter to open the Properties dialog box.
4. Press Tab 2 or 3 times until you land on the Shortcut Key edit field.
5. Press J. Windows will add the Ctrl+Alt for you.
6. Tab down to the OK button and press Enter.
That's it! From now on, whenever you need to restart JAWS, you can
press Ctrl+Alt+J.
