Garry,
Could it be that your font has become normal black text? That would give you
black text on a black background hence all black. JAWS sees the text no
matter what colour it is and so you will hear the text through JAWS even
though it cannot be seen.
Does this explain it all right?

Hi all.
Guys can I pose a question to all jaws users, my friend emails me in black
background and yellow font using , that fine but when they reply using jaws,
I recieve a black screen with no text but if I select it, I can read it.
What is the problem here and can it be solved?.
